Delivery 2011
Online delivery – first date for online deliveries: 29th November, 2011
Please note, we only deliver to London addresses. Please check we deliver to your area in our postcode checker at the top of this page.
We offer:
Standard Delivery Cost £14
- Standard delivery is from Tuesdays to Fridays. At the checkout you will be asked for your preferred delivery time, either mornings, 9am-1pm or afternoons, 1pm-6pm.
Premium Delivery Cost £19
- Premium delivery is an ‘out-of-hours’ evening service from Tuesdays to Fridays from 7pm-10pm and Saturday mornings from 9am-1pm.
You are required to give a contact telephone number so that our courier can call you on the day you have specified to give you an estimated time of arrival.
Due to London traffic, especially around Christmas time, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery, but our couriers will do everything in their power to arrive on time and keep you notified about any delays.
If you have any problems with your online delivery, please call 0207 348 9080.
Incomplete deliveries
We work hard to keep our prices very competitive. Please make sure you are in when your tree is due as we will have to charge you again for delivery if you are out when your courier arrives. In this instance, we will call you to arrange another delivery time.
Returns
We are sure you will love your tree from The Christmas Forest. If you are not completely satisfied with it, we operate a no-nonsense returns policy. Read our guarantee for details.
Delivery from our stores
Deliveries operate from each of our seven London stores. Please ask in store for details of our delivery partners or call the stores direct. Prices start at £10 for local delivery.
Please only call stores when they have opened. Click here to find your local store, phone numbers and opening days.
If you would like to pre-order trees for delivery before the dates stated here, or buy trees (with delivery) in sizes not available online, please call the office on 0207 348 9080 and we can arrange this.
Collection and recycling
We strongly recommend you find out what services your local borough offers for collecting Christmas trees. This is by far the ‘greenest’ option as sending out a courier service to collect trees increases your carbon footprint considerably.
Most London boroughs do offer a service to collect and recycle Christmas trees or can direct you to a recycling bank where trees are accepted near you.
Visit Recycle Now to find out what can be recycled in your area, and to find your local council’s
contact details.
If you need to use a private collection service, we recommend Any Junk (0845 111 9000) who have a special Christmas tree removal service, which includes sweeping up needles as they go, and recycling the tree afterwards. Prices start from £20.83.
