The Christmas Forest guarantee

The Christmas Forest follows certain strict rules in order to make sure you will be thrilled with
your tree:

• All our trees are freshly cut. Unlike many lower-grade tree retailers, our trees haven’t been cut in October and cold-stored, un-watered for months. They arrive fresh from the farm and are quickly unpacked from their pallets and stored in the cool, damp outdoors and are kept watered as necessary. Our stock is replenished weekly.
• We only sell premium grade trees (apart from a limited number of B-grade trees in our Richmond store this year, for those on tighter budgets), so your tree is already superior to most trees on
  the market.
• At all of our “Forests” there will be a large number (usually more than 100, often 200 or more) of un-netted trees displayed on racks, that you can wander through to choose your own favourite. We employ and train our staff with our customers in mind, so that they can help match you with your perfect tree.

How we choose your tree

For all online orders, we will look at three un-netted premium grade trees and pick the prettiest one in terms of evenness of shape and foliage, before netting it up and sending it to you by courier. Our trees are replenished two to three times a week, so we will never be choosing from ‘leftover’ trees.

Please note though, that if you’re the sort of person who likes to compare a multitude of trees, spending time to form a bond, then we strongly advise you to come to one of our stores and pick for yourself!

No-nonsense returns

Your tree will arrive via one of our local delivery partners (Read about our delivery service). Please check that you are satisfied that the tree looks healthy and that the leader (the stem at the top) is intact. If there is a problem with this, please ask your driver to contact us immediately on 020 7348 9080, and we will arrange for a new tree to be sent to you free of charge*.

Once you open your tree and put it in its stand with water, give it 12 hours to open fully.

We are sure you will love your tree. But, if you aren’t happy with it, please call us within 48 hours of receipt. We will gladly replace it for no extra charge*, apart from the cost of re-delivery, which we will share with you.
